5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
For damaged items, send clear photos or videos to support@koynze.com within 72 hours of receipt so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
6. Returns & Exchanges

- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
